Local Delivery

For customers living in Edinburgh and in the surrounding areas your order will be delivered by the Omni Furnishing In-House delivery team. We will do our best to place the item in the room of your choice, remove all packaging, and do any necessary assemblies required.

Timing

Once your order is at our Edinburgh warehouse we will phone you to arrange delivery. We can normally deliver within a few days. Deliveries are conducted Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and we can offer morning or afternoon time-slots. We can often offer next day delivery on in-stock items.

National Delivery (call us on 0131 221 1200 for a quote)

For customers living further afield we use a specialist delivery firm. The team will delivery your order to your room of choice provided access passes health and safety stipulation. We cannot deliver to Ireland but are happy to liaise with carriers if organised by the customer. 

Timing

Once the goods are in our warehouse and have been checked, we aim to dispatch them within 14 days. However, please allow up to 28 days. For lighter items we use Parcelforce as they are normally able to deliver within a few days.

BE SIZE AWARE

Prior to ordering, please check all measurements to ensure that any item you may order will fit into your house and into the intended location within your house as failure to do so are not grounds to cancel or return the order.
